I was born in the south part of Sweden to Danish parents, and I'm native in both Swedish and Danish.
English came with studies and membership in international organisations.
When I was in my young teenagers, I started cooking at home. After a job in the food supply sector, I was trained to be a chef, which I've been working as 25+ years. I've worked in other branches too.
Alongside the work as a chef, I got an Master in Environmental Science from University of Lund, and latest a Certificate in PDC (Permaculture Design Course) from Geoff Lawton in Australia.
I like to study and learn new things, and I've done that a lot, both theoretical and practical, in a very broad variety of topics, as most things interests me.
As a member of different organisations during 30+ years, I have had all positions in a board, and due to that rather skilled board member.
I want to share these experiences, lessons learned to whoever can get inspiration from it.
